A man loves his sick wife and tries in various ways to take care of her, but he always feels that she loves her ex-husband and that she regrets leaving him. She is undergoing a serious operation as a result of her deteriorating health condition, so he begins communicating with her as her ex-husband via WhatsApp, and appears to her incognito from afar and replaces She wears a white ghutra with a red shemagh, a mask, and sunglasses so that she thinks he is her ex-husband and feels positive energy and regains her health. He succeeds in this and loses himself.
