Director : Hassan Galawi<\/p>\n
Iraqi director from Mosul, Hassan Galawi, began his artistic career in 2003 in the field of television as an editor and director of programs and news. He worked and established Iraqi, Arab and Turkish channels and radio stations. He is an international trainer accredited by the German Academy for Training until 2008. He moved to the world of cinema, documentaries and narrative films and produced many films for international channels and agencies. His films received Arab and international awards, such as \u201cDisplaced in Exile\u201d in 2009, \u201cA Path to Light\u201d, \u201cThe Return\u201d, \u201cThe Artery\u201d documentary, and most recently \u201cThe String of Fire\u201d, and the documentary \u201cOn the Wing of Lamassu\u201d. He currently serves as the director of Mosul Time Radio.<\/p>\n

Short Documentary<\/strong><\/p>\n A true story of an Iraqi Mosul family living in a 950-year-old historical heritage house. They are forced to stay in Sudab without food under continuous bombardment and threat from ISIS, when it occupied a third of Iraq and the wife was pregnant and unable to go out, so she was forced to give birth on her own, and the suffering and harsh life began in a dark basement. With her two children and her husband until she gave birth, bleeding as the advance of the liberation forces intensified. They left their house while she was bleeding, and a missile descended near them to kill her and her two children.
